Je et ma famille went to Singapore and Johor for holiday...

hehe...

This is my 2nd visit to Singapore...

Well,

We had a great time over there by seeing all the

christmas decorations and their food...

hmm...

now let me tell you where we went and ate during our trip ...

^^

During our days in Singapore, we actualy just stayed at a budget hotel at Lavendar,

cause there's a Lavendar MRT station nearby there...

And, our relative in Singapore came and join us

and walk around at there...

1st day, we went to Bugis, Suntec City, Chinatown, Marina Bay...

2nd day, we went to Vivo City and Sentosa for the half day...

then we went to Takashimaya and Orchard road at night to see all

the christmas lights on the hippo tours which prepared for tourists only

3rd day, we went to Bedok and Woodland to visit our relatives...

then at night we back to Johor...

the 4th day after lunch, we went came back KL ^^

The 'chef' cut the ice-cream in long cube rectangle size

and together with 2 piece of waffle biscuit at the side...

isn't simple & nice ? haha...

This only can be found in S'pore...

Food Republic is a well-known food court in S'pore...

We went to Vivo City's Food Republic

it is at the entrance or Sentosa monorail...

There's a lot of nice food in there...

let's check it out ^^

The portion of the popiah is big...

But it is a bit expensive...

$4 for these 2 pieces ...

It's name is 煎包 ^^

something like a variety of dumpling...

it's very juicy inside, haha...

it's special...

* a mix of their local noodle and thick meehoon *

nothing to shout out, just normal as in M'sia...

but their 'kuah' better than our's one...

Old Chang Kee is a very well-known shop in S'pore

They sell tasty curry puff... yummy...

it's really nice when you consume it hot...

You can see it by the long queue...

Their curry puff was huge.. $2.10 per one...

have a try when u go to S'pore...

also a very well-known food in S'pore...

* something like Old tOwn in M'sia *

maybe Old tOwn cOpy them, haha...

This is their menu... it's simple...

but they offer different type of toast and coffee & tea...

The aunty preparing my tOast on the 'grill' ... haha... ^^

Nyonya Colours ^^

On the 19-12-2008

me and my mum together with my sis went to

mid valley for christmas shopping...

Then,

we went to have lunch in Nyonya Colours again...

This is our 2nd visit...

the food was nice and price was cheaper than the

little Penang....

Nyonya Colours was located nearby the cold storage

in The Gardens...

there's alot of people...

so normally there's not enough sitting...

For this visit...

we tried the Nasi lemak pandan special, mee siam & honey chicken,

and ice kacang which known as ABC...

will go back for next visit... haha...

cause the food was nice...

The ABC was just nice with the medium sweetness ... ^^love it !

Nasi Lemak portion was big... i think girls can't finished it by herself, perhaps... >.<

QUAN ice-cream & coffee house ^^

QUAN ice-cream & coffee house is located in Pandan Indah ...

We went there on the 12/12/2008

Their business is totally good...

i got shocked when i walked into the restaurant...

because during the time of around 2pm+...

the restaurant is still full house...

when i opened the menu...

then only i knew the reason WHY...

haha...

because the price is reasonable ^^

the taste was good...

it's convinient compare to fast food...

Ken and me went there after he had his hair cutted...

we decided to order a mushroom soup...

black pepper fried udon... tomyam fried mihun...

coleslaw... honeydew juice and jasmine tea ^^
